Make a difference in the lives of homeless pets through volunteering at the ARL. From in-shelter support to off-site opportunities, volunteers support every facet of our work, helping change lives every single day.
How to get started
- Submit an application, sign a volunteer waiver, and pay our one-time fee for a background check and volunteer T-shirt.
- When your application is accepted (within 7 days of your submission), you'll receive an email to an online, self-paced orientation.
- Complete the volunteer orientation, where you'll learn about the ARL's mission, history, and values, and explore different volunteer roles.
- Sign up for a shift!
