- Can be shy at first but opens up beautifully once she's settled in!
- LOVES playing with toys and spending time outside; will love a home with a fenced-in yard
- Has lots of spunk and energy when she gets to let loose and be herself, gets to zoomies often
- Enjoys snuggling under the covers when it's cold
- Loves to learn and has great focus - especially if you have treats!
- Does well on a leash
- Foster family says she has had a few accidents inside, but for the most part is good and going potty outside
- Young, noisy or busy children can be too much for her, but has done okay with a few kids she's interacted with in her foster home (mature home recommended)
- Tends to be an introvert around other dogs and may prefer one-on-one interactions or smaller groups of dog friends; enjoys like minded dogs (dog intro recommended)
All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)
The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
