- Busy, energetic girl who likes to connect with people through play and other activities; loves meeting new people and isn't shy about asking for attention
- Recently went on a Dog's Day Out field trip and had a great time: "Zee is the sweetest dog. She is so playful and gets very excited when she makes connections with people. She seems to love hugs and snuggles as well. She walks perfectly on the leash and barely pulls at all, she is also a great listener and was very attentive to me on our walk! She will be an amazing companion for a lucky family!
- Likes treats, knows some skills and would be fun to train
- Would benefit from a home where all family members are old enough and big enough to enjoy her energy
- Can be unsure of some new dogs but may like a dog friend with a similar play style (dog intro recommended)
All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)
The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
